Nursery School Management in Central Bohemia - Managerial Functions

The topic of this thesis is the management system of kindergartens in Central Bohemia from the perspective of applying managerial functions. Due to legislative changes, kindergartens were more or less given considerable autonomy imposing high requirements on their directors in the area of management. The quality of educational process of each kindergarten and its further development potential depends on its management. The research part focuses on strategic planning, communication system parameters, obligations of employees, task delegation, implementation of inspection activities and school evaluation system parameters. The aim of this thesis is to point out potential problems concerning the management of kindergartens as well as to compare large and small kindergartens in individual management areas.
Perspectives of organizing a winter lacrosse tournament

Title: Perspectives of lacrosse tournament organisation Objectives: The main objective is analysis of the previous editions of the tournament organised by SK Lacrosse Jižní Město, and coming up with suggestions on how to improve it in the following years. Methods: Case Study is a method used for conducting the survey. Data is collected through documents analysis and semi-structured interviews. Based on the collected data, analysis of the internal environment is carried out. Results: Winter lax cup is a well organised event for it's size with a potential to grow and annual profit. His biggest virtue is the modern sport hall where the tournament takes place. However his weak factor is small support of the event from sponsors. The biggest danger for the tournament organisation is taking over the hall by floorball teams. Implenetation of managing of swimming sport event

1 Abstract Title: Implementation of managing of swimming sport event Objectives: The aim of this work was to identify shortcomings in the organisation of 36. International Czech Masters Swimming Championships and to create proposals for improving the organization of other events organized by the swimming club in Mladá Boleslav. Methods: For the purpose of this thesis, qualitative and quantitative research methods were used. The selected event was described in detail using the case study method. A questionnaire survey was used to collect data from the participants of the event and through an interview with one of the organizers, the organizing team's perspective on the event was obtained. Results: The results show that the participants saw the shortcomings of the event more in the place where it took place. They criticised its size and lack of facilities. Although this is a factor that cannot be completely influenced by the organizing team, solutions were proposed. The only organisational shortcoming identified was the lack of feedback, which could be a valuable tool for future actions. Management techniques in the organization

The main aim of this thesis was to analyze the specific management techniques used in the selected organization and to propose how these techniques efficiently use and develop. In the theoretical part, there four basic management techniques have been explained, such as planning, organizing, management and control, and the various methods used in these techniques. In the practical part, there at first, organization was described and then its history. Furthermore, the current situation was analyzed through questionnaires and interviews with the director of domestic sales. The results were presented in graphs. The last part contains a discussion and proposals of changes to which I came by the obtained information. By implementing these proposals, it could lead to more efficient use of management techniques and practices in society.
